The Kelly Brush Foundation (KBF) is dedicated to making active lifestyles a reality for those who have experienced a spinal cord injury. They offer grants to enable anyone to buy the equipment they need to get out and go.
Challenged Athletes Foundation (CAF)
Any individual with a permanent physical disability pursuing an active lifestyle through physical fitness or competitive athletics is eligible. The individual’s permanent disability must impair mobility, affect the neuromuscular system, impair balance, or motor control. Grants for equipment, athletic prosthetics, sports experiences, and competitions.

A free, fully seated, home-based aerobic and strength training workout for the upper body. Classes are held fully remotely on Zoom, and led by high-performance and Olympic fitness trainers. SitGrit is open to everyone. No workout equipment is needed to participate. The classes are open for all ages, fitness levels, and mobility levels. Registration is required to receive the Zoom link. I CAN Adaptive Boxing is dedicated to offering the highest level of experience in adaptive boxing. The mission is simple but Powerful - Help those in need who can benefit from a results-oriented and fun workout. Workouts can be done from anywhere by anyone.
